PGCART is a hyperlocal student-focused commerce and delivery platform serving customers in and around the Presidency University / PG Street area of Bengaluru. PGCART provides access to everyday essentials, food, beverages, and other products through its platform.

Eligibility

Orders

An order is considered placed once it has been successfully submitted through PGCART.

PGCART may reject or cancel an order in situations including:

Food Orders

Cancellation

• For food orders, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started.
• Any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable payment/refund procedures.

Refunds

Customer Responsibilities
